Summoning Of Applicants.
The Executive Director or Commission may summon any person named in an application to
appear and testify before them or their agents at such time and place as they may designate.
All such testimony shall be under oath and may embrace any matter which the Commission,
the Executive Director, or their authorized agents deem relevant to the application. Failure to
appear and testify fully at the time and place designated, unless excused, constitutes grounds
for denial of the application without further consideration by the Executive Director or the
Commission. Any request for excuse of appearance must be in writing and filed with the
Executive Director at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled appearance. The applicant may
appeal a denial of excuse of appearance by the Executive Director to the Commission.
