Notice Of Hearing. The Executive Director shall give written notice to all applicants of his recommendation regarding their applications and the time and place that their application for a gaming license will be considered by the Commission. If the Executive Director recommends denial of an application, he shall also provide a written statement of the reasons for the recommendation. Applicants may be represented at the meetings by their attorneys or agents. The Commission will notify the applicant in writing of the disposition of his application. (Adopted: 09/25/1991.)
