Solicitations and Materials Complying With NAIC Model Regulation and Schedules Notwithstanding the foregoing Sections, the Commissioner may permit the solicitation of proxies, consents, or authorizations, provided that the manner of solicitation and the form of the proxy, proxy statement and other documents used in such solicitation comply with the National Association of Insurance Commissioner’s Model Regulation and the Schedules thereto.
