Rosendale ### 2021 FORM, RATE, & NETWORK ADEQUACY FILING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING QUALIFIED HEALTH PLAN CERTIFICATION The Office of the Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance (CSI) issued the above-captioned advisory memorandum April 9, 2020. With release of the Final Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2021 by CMS on May 7, 2020, CSI has adjusted the timeline for filing as follows: Timeline for Filing | Filing Requirements for Montana | Due Date | | --- | --- | | Binder, Form, and Network Information Due | May 15, 2020 | | Rate Filings Due - 1 Day Only | June 18, 2020 | | Initial QHP Application Transfer to CMS | June 17, 2020 | | Binder, Form, Rates, and Network Filings Finalized | August 21, 2020 | | CMS Binder Final Deadline | August 26, 2020 | Corrections to all rate, network information, form, and binder filings must be finalized by 5:00 PM MDT on August 21, 2020.
