Oestreicher Special Assistant Attorney General Office of the Montana State Auditor, CSI DATE: May 22, 2020 SUBJECT: Rescission of Notice re: CSI Advisory Memorandum on Depreciation of Labor The Office of the Commissioner of Securities and Insurance (CSI) issued an Advisory Memorandum dated December 23, 2019, regarding the depreciation of labor. In this Advisory Memorandum, CSI established deadlines for insurers to submit or resubmit policy forms and issue updated forms to policyholders and certificate holders. Those deadlines were extended by a second Advisory Memorandum dated March 5, 2020. The December 23, 2019 Advisory Memorandum and the March 5, 2020 Advisory Memorandum are hereby rescinded.
