ARM 24.147.1501. BRANCH FACILITY

(1) A branch facility need only consist of space for the purpose of visitation and funeral rites. Funeral arrangements and sale of funeral goods and services shall be permitted in this facility. Performance of embalming shall not be permitted. An annual renewal fee is required but no annual inspection will be mandated.
