ARM 24.147.1502. PREARRANGED, PREFINANCED, OR PREPAID FUNERALS

(1) Mortuaries, crematories, and cemeteries shall provide information to allow all people the opportunity to consider, in advance and prior to need, the type and prices of funeral arrangements which best meet their needs. (2) All prearranged, prefinanced, or prepaid funeral arrangements shall be according to the law and rules of the state of Montana. (3) All cemetery perpetual care and maintenance trusts and mortuary and crematory trusts must be managed per the requirements of statute and this chapter.
