ARM 24.26.644. ANSWER

(1) Each party may file an answer to the petition for decertification within 5 working days after receipt thereof. (2) The composition of the unit is not a proper matter to be considered in a decertification proceeding. Eligible voters for any decertification election shall be those who are members of the bargaining unit at the time of the filing of the petition.
