ARM 24.26.644. ANSWER

(1) Each party may file an answer to the petition for decertification within ten days after the date the board mailed the petition for decertification. (2) The composition of the unit is not a proper matter to be considered in a decertification proceeding. Eligible voters for any decertification election shall be those who are members of the bargaining unit at the time of the filing of the petition.
