ARM 2.59.130. CHANGE IN CONTROL

(1) An applicant filing under 32-1-378(1)(b), MCA, must use the Application for Change in Control form, April 30, 2025, version, which is located at banking.mt.gov. (2) An applicant or other person subject to this rule must notify the department immediately of any material changes relevant to a notice or application submitted to the department, including changes in financial or other conditions. (3) The department may require a person who is obligated to file an application under 32-1-378, MCA, to appoint a registered agent in this state for service of process upon the filing of such notice or as a condition to the acceptance of such application for review.
