ARM 2.59.130. CHANGE IN CONTROL

(1) An applicant filing under 32-1-378(1)(b), MCA, shall use the Application for Change in Control form dated June 29, 2020, which is located at www.banking.mt.gov . (2) An applicant or other person subject to this rule shall notify the department immediately of any material changes in a notice or application submitted to the department, including changes in financial or other conditions. (3) The department may require a person who is obligated to file an application under 32-1-378, MCA, to appoint a registered agent in this state for service of process upon the filing of such notice or as a condition to the acceptance of such application for review.
