ARM 37.106.3203. APPLICATION OF OTHER RULES

(1) Any facility that includes in its marketing, advertising, information packet, or other similar document reference to providing residential mental health services, assessment, counseling, co-occurring substance use disorder treatment, and behavioral health treatment 24 hours a day to youth under 19 years of age must be licensed by the department under Title 50, chapter 5, MCA. (2) To the extent that other licensure rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapter 3 conflict with the terms of ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapter 32, the terms of subchapter 32 will apply to residential treatment facilities.
