ARM 37.106.3204. LICENSING FEES

(1) Facilities must submit payment for licensure annually. (2) Licensing fees are based on the number of residents the facility is licensed to serve as shown in the table below: Number of residents Licensing Fees 1-10 $1,688 11-25 $4,345 26-50 $8,138 51 and more $13,313 (3) All fees provided for by this rule are nonrefundable and are not prorated for portions of the licensing period. (4) All fees must be paid in full by June 1 of each year.
