ARM 37.86.3306. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

(1) Persons who are Medicaid recipients and are from the following groups are eligible for case management services: (a) high risk pregnant women; (b) adults with severe disabling mental illness; (c) persons age 16 and over with developmental disabilities; (d) youth with serious emotional disturbance; (e) children at risk for abuse and neglect; (f) children with special health care needs; (g) post-adjudicated youth offenders who are exiting state-operated secure facilities and who are: (i) under age 21; or (ii) former foster care children under age 26; and (h) adult offenders with a serious mental illness or substance use disorder who are exiting state-operated secure facilities.
