ARM 37.86.3306. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

(1) Persons who are Medicaid recipients and are from the following groups are eligible for case management services:
(a) high risk pregnant women;
(b) adults with severe disabling mental illness;
(c) persons age 16 and over with developmental disabilities;
(d) youth with serious emotional disturbance;
(e) children at risk for abuse and neglect; and
(f) children with special health care needs.
