37.107.105 PROOF OF MONTANA RESIDENCY (1) If an applicant does not have a valid Montana driver license or Montana identification card, the applicant must submit documentation that shows the applicant is a resident of Montana, such as a current lease agreement or current utility bill that has the applicant's name and address. (2) Montana residency must be maintained by registered cardholders and licensees.
