37.107.105 PROOF OF MONTANA RESIDENCY (1) An applicant must have a valid Montana driver's license, Montana identification card, or tribal identification card issued by a tribe within the state of Montana, to establish the applicant's identity and Montana residency. (2) Montana residency must be maintained by registered cardholders and licensees. (3) The department may require additional proof of residency documentation.
