ARM 17.24.1010. REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT

All equipment and facilities must be promptly removed from the prospecting area when no longer needed for exploration or reclamation, except for equipment and facilities that the department determines may remain to: (1) provide additional environmental quality data; (2) reduce or control the on- and off-site effects of the prospecting operations; or (3) facilitate future strip or underground mining operations by the permittee.
