ARM 17.74.356. ASBESTOS PROJECT CONTROL MEASURES

(1) An asbestos project contractor/supervisor shall be physically present at all times at the work site when regulated work is being conducted on an asbestos project. The asbestos project contractor/supervisor shall be accessible to all asbestos project workers. (2) Asbestos projects, including any on-site air monitoring, must comply with the requirements of the Montana Asbestos Work Practices and Procedures Manual. (3) Upon written request, the department may approve alternate control measures that are equivalent to those required under this rule.
