Pomeroy DATE: January 12, 1988 SUBJECT: Prima Facie Credit Insurance Rates Earl Romeroy Enclosed is an administrative rule which adjusts downward the prima facie rates which may be charged for credit accident and health and credit life insurance sold in North Dakota. These rates will apply to all contracts issued on or after the effective date of the rule. The rule will become effective on the first day following the month in which the rule is published by the North Dakota Legislative Council. We expect the rule to be published in February, making the rule effective March 1, 1988. Thank you for your attention to this matter. jmb Enclosure
