Penalties for infraction of this chapter

The department may invoke penalties for violations of this chapter.
1.
The department, based on a determination that a licensee has violated or continues to violate
this chapter, may suspend, revoke, or impose a provisional license.
2.
The department may levy a civil money penalty against an electrologist in an amount not to
exceed twenty-five dollars per day for noncompliance with this chapter.
