Inspection and monitoring requirements

1. The remanufacturer or other person that stores or treats the hazardous secondary material shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with sections 33.1-24-02-200 through 33.1-24-02-214 in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in sections 33.1-24-02-204 through 33.1-24-02-207. 2. The remanufacturer or other person that stores or treats the hazardous secondary material shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by subsection 1. The remanufacturer or other person that stores or treats the hazardous secondary material shall keep the plan and schedule at the facility.
