Authorizing new injection wells within permit area boundary

The department may approve proposed technical revisions under section 43-02-02.2-22 to allow
the operator to construct and operate new injection wells within the permit area if:
1.
The wells meet the construction requirements; and
2.
The cumulative effect of drilling and operating additional injection wells is considered and
accepted by the department.
