39-06.1-02.1. Notification of parents or guardians of juvenile traffic offenders The clerk of court shall notify the parent or guardian of any juvenile appearing before the court on a traffic offense of the charge as contained in the citation, the penalty attached to the offense, and the time and place of any court hearing on the matter.
