40-54-11. Warrants payable from special graveling fund The city auditor shall pay such special gravel assessment warrants and interest coupons as they mature and are presented for payment out of the graveling special fund, and shall cancel the same when paid, and the provisions of section 40-26-08 shall apply in the case of deficiencies in such fund.
