54-35-08. Recommended legislation may be required in advance The legislative management may require that any recommendation for legislation, which is to be presented by any department, board, commission, agency, officer, official, or employee of the state desiring the consideration of the legislative management, be presented to it at least sixty days in advance of any regular legislative session.
