54-35-09. Recommendations - When made public - Distribution The recommendations of the legislative management must be completed and made public prior to any session of the legislative assembly at which such recommendations are to be submitted; and a copy of the recommendations must be distributed to each member-elect of the legislative assembly, to each elective state officer, and to the state law library.
