61-24.8-10. Approval of plans, specifications, and estimates After receiving the engineer's report required by section 61-24.8-09, the board may direct the engineer to prepare detailed plans and specifications for construction of the improvement. The plans and specifications must be certified by a registered professional engineer and must be approved by a resolution of the board.
