61-24.8-11. District engineer to retain copy of plans, specifications, and estimates - Sale of copies. The engineer acting for the district shall retain a copy of the plans, specifications, and estimates that have been prepared for any improvement. The engineer shall furnish copies at the request of any person at a reasonable cost.
