002 The requirement which must be met by an applicant to obtain approval is as follows: 002.01 The wire, cable, or pipeline must not be an obstruction as defined in Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77 “Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace” published January 1975, and; 002.02 The wire, cable, or pipeline must not violate any local zoning regulations or the local zoning board must agree to waive the local regulation.
