094. RECORDS OF INVENTORY OF SEALED SOURCES AND BRACHYTHERAPY SOURCES. A licensee must retain a record of the semi-annual physical inventory of sealed sources and brachytherapy sources required by 180 NAC 7-033.04 for three years. The inventory records must include: (A) The model number of each source;(B) Serial number if one has been assigned;(C) Identity of each source radionuclide and its nominal activity;(D) Location of each source; and(E) Name of the individual who performed the test.
