095. RECORDS OF SURVEYS FOR AMBIENT RADIATION EXPOSURE RATE AND CONTAMINATION. A licensee must retain a record of each survey required by 180 NAC 7–036 for three years. The record must include: (A) The survey date;(B) Survey results;(C) Specific survey instrument used; and(D) Name of the individual who performed the survey.
