Local Rule LR5-203. Requested findings of fact and conclusions of law.

[Related Statewide Rule 1-052 NMRA] When requested by the judge prior to issuance of a decision, findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be submitted within a time designated by the court after consultation with the attorneys or parties. The original of the requested findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be filed with the clerk of the court, and a copy shall be delivered to the judge by counsel.
