[Related Statewide Rule 1-055 NMRA] A default judgment based on a written instrument shall be accompanied by the instrument which shall be filed as an exhibit in the case at the time the judgment is entered. The instrument may be returned to the filing party only as is done in case of other exhibits. The substitution by a copy of the instrument shall be appropriately marked as having been merged into the judgment and shall show the docket number of the action.
