A. Agreement; parties’ presence not required. In all domestic relations cases where the parties have reached an agreed result, an order encompassing the agreement may be presented to the court together with appropriate waivers without the necessity of the parties’ presence. B. Personal appearance required for show cause. Parties shall be required to personally attend, and may not attend telephonically, in regard to any order to show cause that has been issued involving them. [LR9-701 recompiled and amended as LR9-402 by Supreme Court Order No. 16-8300- 015, effective for all cases pending or filed on or after December 31, 2016.]
