A. Joinder of parties. Two or more respondents may be named in the same pleadings: (1) alleging abuse or neglect of a child; or (2) requesting a termination of parental rights. B. Misjoinder and nonjoinder. Parties may be dismissed or added by order of the court on motion of any party or of its own initiative at any stage of the proceeding. Any claim against a party may be severed and proceeded with separately.
