CATECHIS, SUPERINTENDENT OF INSURANCE RE: RESCISSION OF BULLETIN 2015-007 Issued pursuant to Sections 59A-2-8, 59A-12-21, 59A-14-11 NMSA 1978 of the New Mexico Insurance Code and 13.1.2 et seq and 13.19.2.17 NMAC. Bulletin 2015-007 is hereby rescinded. Effective immediately, producers shall perform the diligent search requirement, in accordance with existing guidance in 59A-14-3 NMSA and 13.19.2.17 NMAC, before placing insurance on the surplus lines market.
