This Bulletin is issued to inform all interested persons that the New Mexico Title Insurance Law has been amended to extend the interval between hearings for premium rates and other title insurance matters to every three years. See, Section 59A-30-8, NMSA 1978 (amended in 2023 by House Bill 79). In accordance with the amendment, unless the Superintendent determines otherwise pursuant to Section 59A-30-8(B), NMSA 1978, the Superintendent will commence a hearing no earlier than November 1, 2024.
