Late Filing Of Continued Claims

11.3.300 NMAC 4 A. If the department finds good cause for a claimant's failure to timely file a continued claim, the claimant may file a late continued claim provided the certification is filed within 14 days of the last date of the week requiring certification. B. A certification not processed due to a department request for additional information from the claimant shall be considered timely if the requested information is received by the department no later than 10 calendar days after the request for additional information is transmitted to the claimant.
