Comparative Claims
It is an unfair or deceptive trade practice to make an environmental marketing claim that includes a comparative statement unless: A. the claim is presented in a manner that makes the basis for the comparison sufficiently clear to avoid consumer deception; and B. the marketer is able to substantiate the comparison.
