§ 4-38-33. Eminent domain power over land contiguous and adjacent to airport

The power of eminent domain and right of condemnation granted to counties under the provisions of this act shall extend to such land contiguous and adjacent to any such airport or any other lands within one-half mile in any direction from the outer boundaries of said airport as may be necessary to render ingress to and egress from said airport efficient and free from hazard.
