§ 4-38-32. Eminent domain power for acquiring airports

Any property desired for use as an airport by counties under Section 4-38-31 NMSA 1978 , may be acquired as for a public purpose and as a matter of public necessity under the power of eminent domain according to the procedure for condemnation provided by the Eminent Domain Code.
