Fees. (Repealed effective July 1, 2028.)

A. Except as provided in Section 61-1-34 NMSA 1978, the board shall establish a schedule of reasonable fees for applications, licenses and renewal of licenses. Fees shall be established based on processing requirements for each category. B. The initial application fee shall be set in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). C. The initial license fee shall be set in an amount not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150). D. A license renewal fee shall be established in an amount not to exceed seventy- five dollars ($75.00) per year. E. A license reinstatement fee shall be established in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
