Nutrition and dietetics fund created; disposition; method

of payment. A. There is created in the state treasury the "nutrition and dietetics fund", to be administered by the department under the supervision of the board. B. All funds received or collected by the board or the department under the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act shall be deposited with the state treasurer, who shall place the money to the credit of the nutrition and dietetics fund. No balance in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall revert to the general fund. C. Money in the nutrition and dietetics fund is appropriated to the board for the purpose of implementing and administering the provisions of the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act.
