§ 32A-11-3. Notices; human services department [health care authority department]

The “appropriate public authorities” as used in Article 3 of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall, with reference to New Mexico, mean the human services department [health care authority department], and said department shall receive and act with reference to notices required by said Article 3.
