§ 32A-11-4. “Appropriate authority”; human services department [health care authority department]

As used in Paragraph A of Article 5 of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the phrase, “appropriate authority in the receiving state,” with reference to New Mexico shall mean the human services department [health care authority department].
