Rule 16 . Filing of faxed documents.
1. No document may be filed by direct faxing to the Court Clerk. 2. A faxed document, including any signature page, may be presented to the Court Clerk for filing, in lieu of the original, if the document: (a) Is submitted to the Clerk either in person or by mail; (b) Is presented on plain paper; (c) Is clearly legible in its entirety; and (d) Otherwise complies with all applicable requirements, including payment of any filing fees. 3. The party filing a faxed document shall preserve the original until the completion of the case.
