Permit to produce certified raw milk.

1. After a county milk commission has certified a facility for the production of certified raw milk or a product made from it, the Director will inspect the facility. If the facility fully complies with this section, the Director will issue a permit to operate the facility. 2. The Director may revoke a permit if a facility ceases to comply with any requirement of NAC 584.1611 to 584.2881 , inclusive. 3. A permit is not transferable between persons or locations.
