Monitors: Qualifications for accreditation.

To qualify for accreditation as a monitor, a licensed consultant must: 1. Provide evidence of at least 1 year of experience as a monitor or monitor trainee; 2. Provide evidence of the successful completion of an initial training course approved by the EPA for contractors and supervisors; and 3. If the certificate for the initial training course required by subsection 2 has expired, provide evidence of participation in a refresher training course approved by the EPA for contractors and supervisors.
