Petitions for declaratory orders and advisory opinions.

1. The Board will consider petitions for declaratory orders or advisory opinions relating to the applicability of any statutory provision, regulation or decision of the Board. 2. All petitions for declaratory orders and advisory opinions must be in writing using substantially the format of a form prescribed by the Board. 3. Upon submission of a petition for a declaratory order or advisory opinion, the Board will, within 30 days, deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons or initiate proceedings in accordance with NRS 233B.060 .
